FEES / CONTRACTS / CONDITIONS
· We offer Free Estimates for non service-call jobs.
· We charge $145 for in depth estimates or quotes and for any single hour of service work. See other rates for multiple work hours.
· We offer a Scope of Work Document to facilitate the permitting process.
· We prefer to work for time and materials and that is what we do 90% of the time.
· We offer estimates that allow the client to budget for the job, they are not bids. We are only able to offer quotes on certain types of jobs, we will make it clear if that is the case.
· We expect to be paid within 15 days upon completion of the work.
